      Yes, but they can still be used as a fully workable solution. I can recommend using these with just three high RPM fans like the ones below. There is no middle bracket needed. When using 3000 or 4000 series cards, there is no space left to use the middle bracket in the first place. So on/off button won’t be available, middle bracket and screws.
